Aroha nui Christchurch On Friday 22nd March the school held a special Mufti day to raise money to gift to the families of the victims from the events in Christchurch a week ago. The school raised over $1500.  In the afternoon the school had a little assembly to demonstrate the love we send to all those affected. The Kapahaka group performed a haka and we stood for 2 minutes silence, along with many others across the nation.

The children enjoyed the challenges, and had to work hard to help each other. After our morning we reflected on how our teams worked together and what we could do to improve our teamwork for next time.
